Kesha Is Selling Her Nashville House

Kesha once sang about a “Party at a Rich Dude’s House” – and now she can celebrate selling her own abode.

The pop star’s Nashville house, listed at $1.45 million, is in escrow and will be sold, PEOPLE confirms. Variety was first to report the news.

Kesha, 29, purchased the private country home for $1.4 million in October of 2010, 10 months after the release of her breakout album Animal. Measuring in at 4,761 square feet with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the Craftsman-inspired home sits on nearly one acre of lush woods.

The secluded Tennessee retreat is the second property the entertainer has put on the market in the past year. Last year, she sold her Venice, California, Spanish-style bungalow, listing it at $1.89 million.

The real estate news comes as Kesha’s legal battle with longtime producer Dr. Luke rages on. The singer is suing Luke, 42, whom she alleges drugged and raped her and has verbally and emotionally abused her for a decade. The hitmaker (born Lukasz Gottwald) vehemently denies the accusations and is countersuing for breach of contract and defamation.
